Edit: fixed. Although I wouldn't call it "legal" just general rules for the forum to protect it from legal issues. But it is fixed.

I'd go read it and see what you want people to actually agree to. No adult content is something that clearly shouldn't be on the list as people are talking about how to mark it and talking about this site allowing 18+. The vulgar and other stuff will show up in stories. So I would prune stuff out of it that people will most likely have in a story or make note that while it is allowed in stories it is not allowed in general forum posts.
For example in your  story "Larry the Dateless" having a character who sets up a dating profile named Sexual Predator, then sets their pic as a screen cap from Predator and then fills their profile with dick pix they shot with their cell phone FLIR attachment, could be funny and just fine by forum standards. Actually setting up your forum account name as Sexual Predator and then making your forum account pic a screen cap from Predator then dedicating your life to posting shots of your ding dong that you took with your FLIR, would be a very bad thing. so maybe an (except as it relates to stories) note?
Lets face it, in discussing character development most of that stuff should be fair game.
Basically I was saying that the waiver should be edited to properly reflect what is and is not allowed.
